"Welcome Weekend"

Hello everyone! It has been an intense weekend, saying bye to my family was probably the hardest :( but they know i'll be home soon! My roommates name is Erika and we get along reallllly well. She went to my high school, but wasn't one of my close friends at the time, mainly an acquaintance. Together we've trecked across the campus (half the time it was completely unnecessary) and to down town Boone. We have met up with a few kids from our high school and we've all just been wandering around, figuring out what goes on in this small college town. There have been set up activities for us to do, such as ice breakers, groups walking your classes with you, and taking you through clubs. Overall its been a very friendly environment, speaking of which, it is absoulutly gorgeous up here! Trees are everywhere and there's a beautiful mountain view! I have a few pictures from move in day...Erika and I got soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo lucky with our room...they are newly renovated and amazing compared to some of the others we've seen. I miss you all, Love you and Can't wait to show you my college/see you!
